🎯 UPI Settings in Manager Dashboard

✨ New Feature Added!

Managers can now view and manage their UPI payment settings directly from the app!

📱 How to Access

For Managers:

1. Open the app
2. Go to Manager Dashboard
3. Click Settings (gear icon or menu)
4. Scroll to "Payment Settings" section

You'll see:

• ✅ Your configured UPI ID
• ✅ Active/Pending status indicator
• ✅ Copy UPI ID button
• ✅ Transaction fee info (0% - FREE!)
• ✅ Payment statistics link

When UPI ID is Configured (Active):

• ✅ Purple/Green theme - Indicates active
• ✅ "Active" badge - Green badge
• ✅ Copy button - Tap to copy UPI ID
• ✅ UPI ID displayed - Your personal UPI ID shown

When UPI ID is NOT Configured (Pending):

• ⚠️ Orange theme - Indicates pending setup
• ⚠️ Warning icon - Configuration needed
• ℹ️ Help text - "Configure in backend/.env"
• 📝 Setup instructions - Tap to see how to configure

🔧 Features

1. View UPI ID

• See your configured personal UPI ID
• Check if it's active or needs configuration
• Verify the payment provider (e.g., PhonePe, Paytm)

2. Copy UPI ID

• One-tap copy to clipboard
• Share with members if needed
• Quick access for troubleshooting

3. Configuration Status

• Active - UPI ID is configured and working
• Pending - Needs configuration in backend

4. Transaction Fee Info

• Shows 0% fees
• Highlights cost savings
• "FREE" badge displayed

• Step-by-step instructions
• Pro tips and benefits

🚀 How It Works

Backend API:

• Endpoint: GET /api/payments/phonepe/settings/upi
• Authentication: Required (Manager only visible)
• Response: Returns UPI ID and configuration status

Frontend:

• Location: Settings Page → Payment Settings
• Visibility: Only shown to managers
• Real-time: Fetches latest config from backend

🔐 Security

• ✅ Manager Only - Only managers see payment settings
• ✅ Authentication Required - API requires valid token
• ✅ Read Only - Cannot change UPI ID from app (security)
• ✅ Backend Controlled - UPI ID set in .env file only

🎯 Quick Setup

If you see "Not configured":

1. Find your UPI ID:

   Open PhonePe → Profile → Copy UPI ID
   

2. Add to backend:

   cd backend
   notepad .env
   # Add: PHONEPE_UPI_ID=9876543210@ybl
   

3. Restart backend:

   npm start
   

4. Refresh app settings:

   • Pull down to refresh
   • Or close and reopen settings

🐛 Troubleshooting

Issue: Shows "Not configured"

Solution:

1. Check backend/.env has PHONEPE_UPI_ID=your_upi_id@ybl
2. Restart backend server
3. Pull to refresh in app settings

Issue: Shows wrong UPI ID

Solution:

1. Update correct UPI ID in backend/.env
2. Restart backend
3. Refresh settings in app

Issue: Can't copy UPI ID

Solution:

• Make sure UPI ID is configured (Active status)
• Try tapping the copy button again
• Or tap UPI ID row to see detailed view with copy option
